Before making the commitment with Lorenzo's Dog Training Team, we were faced with a difficult decision. Our 7 year old German Rottweiler, Sadie was the "alpha female" of our home. She is unspayed and very stubborn. In May of 2012 we were blessed with the birth of our daughter. This then had Sadie removed from her position of control and she became very "jealous" of October. After taking her to the vet's office for a routine visit, Sadie became extremely aggressive towards the entire staff. Dr. Veale made a heart-wrenching comment; "Either put Sadie through obedience training, or put her down!" Mike and I discussed the options and decided to go through with the training. Victoria Zappia was our trainer and she has been so pleasant and helpful during the whole experience. Over the past few months, with Vicky's guidance and training us, our family is complete. We still have a lot of work to do, but Sadie is allowing our daughter to play in her food dish while she eats, no more growling or barking when visitors are leaving our home! She has let down her guard and is a member of our pack, she has finally learned to relax. This is a huge step for our family and as long as we stick with the tools Vicky gave us, we finally have the dog the makes people say "I thought Rottweilers were mean". Thank You so very much Vicky for all you've done and continue to do. You are a true Godsend. This experience is worth all the effort and every last penny. Keep spreading the love for ALL breeds. You will forever be a friend and we cannot wait to work with you again real soon!!!
